Return Eligibility

Due to the personal nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on wigs and hair products unless the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.

Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for the return and replacement of the product or provide a refund at our discretion.

Custom Wig Orders

Custom wig orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned. Once the order has been placed and work has begun, no changes can be made, and cancellations are not allowed.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
