Wig Installation Terms & Conditions

We are excited to provide you with high-quality wig installation services. To ensure the best possible experience and outcome, please carefully read the following terms and conditions before your appointment.

Full payment prior is required to secure your booking.

Quality of Wig

For the best results, we recommend that you bring a high-quality wig for your installation. The quality of the wig you provide significantly impacts the overall outcome of the service. We are not responsible for poor installation results due to the use of low-quality wigs. We encourage you to invest in a well-made, durable wig to achieve the desired look e.g. transparent lace, HD lace, thin skin lace, and Swiss lace.

Sending Your Wig

To ensure we have enough time to prepare and install your wig properly, please send your wig to us at least 3 days prior to your scheduled appointment. This allows us to inspect, customise, and prepare the wig to meet your specifications. Failure to send the wig in advance may result in rescheduling or delays.

Appointment Time and Lateness

We ask that you arrive promptly for your appointment. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and a rescheduling fee may apply. This policy ensures we can serve all clients efficiently and maintain high-quality service.

Bringing Guests

Due to limited space and to ensure a focused, comfortable experience for all clients, friends, family, or additional guests are not permitted to accompany you to your appointment. Please plan to attend your appointment alone to ensure we can provide the best service in a relaxed and efficient environment.

Refunds and Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. In the event of a no-show or late arrival beyond the 30-minute grace period, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment without a refund. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes to your appointment.

Health and Safety

For the safety of all clients, please notify us in advance if you have any allergies, sensitivities, or scalp conditions that may affect the installation process. Your comfort and well-being are our priority.

Damage to Property

We take great care in handling all wigs and materials. However, EMK Hair is not responsible for any damage to your wig that may occur during the installation process if the wig was already damaged or of poor quality before the appointment.

Aftercare

We offer advice on how to care for your wig post-installation to ensure its longevity. We highly recommend following aftercare instructions for the best results and to maintain your wig’s appearance.
